In 2015, when tech giant Hewlett Packard Company separated into two entities – Hewlett Packard Enterprise and HP Inc. – the latter launched a programme to ensure the workforce embraced adaptability, teamwork, and execution in a brand new environment. Two years after launching its growth-mindset initiative, HP Inc. saw a 22% jump in employee engagement.

In workplaces where a growth mindset is embraced, challenges are seen as opportunities for learning and growth. The magic happens when this mindset shapes not only individuals but the entire culture. Supported in their endeavors to learn and improve, employees become more engaged and invested in their work.
